Have you ever been to a career fair where it is more like a “fair” and less of a professional recruiting event? At the Vanguard Sales Forum, our events offer you a unique, professional environment to interview with a diverse array of companies one on one. These companies have an extensive record of accomplishment in hiring from our events. We want you to be that next great hire for them!

As opposed to the typical cattle-call type of event presented from your average career fair, VMG representatives meet one-on-one with each sales professional to assess your tangible and intangible accomplishments. We do this to help ensure you have an effective experience interviewing with potential employers of your choice.

Did we say “interview”?

Yes, at Vanguard events, you will meet with and interview with your potential employer. When attending our events, it’s best not to expect to be “in and out.” Since each interview can take from 20 to 30 minutes, you should plan to spend two to three hours with us.

At the Sales Forum, we are not going to push you through a line and wrap you around a group of booths. Once VMG identifies that you are interested, educated, and qualified to meet with any of the companies attending; we actually walk you to their interviewing suite and introduce you. We are not in the business of trying to coerce you into meeting with every company on hand. We are not going to tell you to go meet with everyone just to do so. Ideally, we hope you will meet with every company that you posses the background requirements to interview with. VMG simply would like to provide a successful day of interviewing for you and the participating companies.
